Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting a referral. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the operational frameworks outlined below.
The Opportunity: Uncapped 10% Commission
We don’t limit your earning potential. When you introduce a high-value client to IxD Hub, you earn directly from the value of that relationship.
The Reward Matrix: For every successful referral that signs a project agreement with IxD Hub, you will receive an industry-leading 10% referral fee calculated directly from the total project budget received by us.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To maintain the elite standard of our network, participants must satisfy the following baselines:
Independent Status: This program is open exclusively to external strategic partners, freelancers, consultants, and clients. Current internal employees, direct contractors, or immediate family members of IxD Hub are ineligible.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Conflict Exclusions: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot refer a company where you hold a controlling equity stake, direct executive employment, or primary purchasing sign-off.
2. The Seamless Referral Process
To ensure you receive accurate tracking and secure your payout allocation, you must follow our structured submission system:
Digital Submission: Every lead must be officially logged via the specialized Online Referral Form on the IxD Hub website prior to the client’s first discovery call.
Transparency & Relationship Disclosure: You must explicitly declare your professional relationship with the referred client and disclose any potential conflicts of interest during submission.
Acceptance & Vetting: IxD Hub retains ultimate discretion over lead acceptance. We reserve the absolute right to reject any referral if the project does not align with our delivery capabilities, stack specialization, or minimum operational budget thresholds.
3. Fast-Track Payout Blueprint
We value your trust, which is why we enforce a clear, transparent timeline to put money in your account as fast as possible:
Payout Speed: Your 10% referral fee is processed and issued within 15 business days of IxD Hub successfully receiving the first official installment payment from the referred client.
Flexible Payment Systems: Payouts are executed via standard Bank Transfer, UPI Transaction, or PayPal, at IxD Hub’s operational discretion.
Financial Accountability: You are solely responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date within our registry. You are individually liable for any local income taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges associated with your commission.
4. Roles & Responsibilities of a Referrer
As an ambassador connecting businesses to IxD Hub, your engagement keeps the lifecycle running smoothly:
Terms Alignment: You are responsible for ensuring that the referred client is formally introduced to IxD Hub’s agency standards and understands that we act as their single, accountable technical partner.
Strategic Alignment: Unless otherwise structured with our management team, you will serve as a supporting point of contact alongside our account leads during onboarding to ensure the client’s expectations are perfectly met.
Budget Clarity: To ensure full financial transparency, you will be kept updated on the final budget allocated for the project agreement, giving you complete clarity on your upcoming payout.
Information Governance: You must proactively report any changes to your contact data or your evolving professional relationship with the referred client.
5. Account Suspension & Program Termination
Termination by IxD Hub
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your participation in the referral program at any time upon immediate written notice if we detect activities that compromise our brand integrity. Grounds for immediate termination include:
Breaching any section of these terms and conditions.
Engaging in spamming, fraudulent client generation, or unethical outreach.
Providing false, fabricated, or misleading client parameters.
Acting in a manner that degrades the market reputation of IxD Hub.
Upon termination, all privileges cease immediately, and no referral commissions will be calculated or paid for leads logged after the termination timestamp.
Termination by the Referrer
You are free to exit the Referral Program at any time by providing a brief written notice to our team. Upon voluntary exit, you remain bound by any confidentiality or project obligations incurred prior to your departure date.
6. General Legal Provisions & Jurisdiction
Program Modifications: IxD Hub reserves the right to optimize, alter, or terminate this program framework (including adjusting commission structures for future campaigns) at any time.
Compliance Baseline: This program is void where prohibited by regional laws or localized corporate procurement policies.
Governing Law: Any disputes, claims, or structural legal challenges arising from participation in this program will be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
