Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the IxD Hub Referral Program.
- Eligibility:
- This program is open to anyone who is not an employee or contractor of IxD Hub.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- You cannot refer yourself.
- Referral Process:
- To refer a client, you must complete the online referral form on the IxD Hub website.
- You must disclose your relationship with the referred client and any potential conflicts of interest.
- IxD Hub reserves the right to reject any referral for any reason.
- Referral Reward:
- If your referral is successful and IxD Hub enters into a project agreement with the referred client, you will be eligible to receive a 10% referral fee from the budget received for the project.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes or other charges associated with your referral fee.
- Payment:
- Referral fees will be paid within 30 days of IxD Hub receiving full payment from the referred client.
- Payment will be made via PayPal or bank transfer, at IxD Hub’s discretion.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- Responsibilities of the Referrer:
- You are responsible for ensuring that the referred client is aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions.
- You are the point of contact with the referred client throughout the project, unless otherwise agreed with IxD Hub.
- You will be made aware of how much budget is allocated for the project by the client.
- You must disclose any changes to your contact information or relationship with the referred client to IxD Hub.
- Termination by IxD Hub:
- IxD Hub reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program for any reason, with or without cause, at any time upon written notice to you. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Engagement in fraudulent or unethical activity.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Damage to IxD Hub’s reputation.
- Upon termination, all rights and privileges granted to you under these terms and conditions will immediately cease.
- IxD Hub shall not be obligated to pay any referral fees for referrals made after the termination date.
- Termination by Referrer:
- You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to IxD Hub.
- Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive referral fees for any referrals made after the termination date.
- You are still responsible for any obligations incurred under these terms and conditions prior to the termination date.
- Disclaimer:
- IxD Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time, with or without notice.
- Additional Important Points:
- This program is void where prohibited by law.
- By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to this program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
